You’ll find our park to be a breath of fresh air; with its private, quaint setting amongst the bent oaks of the South Texas Coast we’ve created a retreat for the weary traveler. You'll see a variety of wild birds including Herons, Egrets, Spoonbills, Pelicans, Hummingbirds (seasonal), and many more! Rockport is a birder's paradise. You'll also see dolphins and lots of other marine critters by the shore at our park.
Yes, state law requires you to have a Texas Saltwater Fishing license to fish from shore or from a boat. You can order them online here
Yes we have a laundry facility on-site.
Aransas Bay is just a short walk down the property to the shoreline. Fulton Beach Road runs along the shoreline and is a great place to walk, fish, watch wildlife play, and ride your bike.
