Here To Help

You’ll find our park to be a breath of fresh air; with its private, quaint setting amongst the bent oaks of the South Texas Coast we’ve created a retreat for the weary traveler.  We’re here to help you find your way to the coast, if we don’t answer your question here feel free to visit our contact page and send us a note.

You'll see a variety of wild birds including Herons, Egrets, Spoonbills, Pelicans, Hummingbirds (seasonal), and many more!  Rockport is a birder's paradise.  You'll also see dolphins and lots of other marine critters by the shore at our park.

We are currently rehabbing our pier, it will be open after Hurricane Season (around November 1, 2023).  You can still fish and enjoy the scenery from shore.  The Fulton Fishing Pier is just a few minutes up the road as well.

Yes, state law requires you to have a Texas Saltwater Fishing license to fish from shore or from a boat.  You can order them online here

Yes we have a laundry facility on-site.

Aransas Bay is just a short walk down the property to the shoreline.  Fulton Beach Road runs along the shoreline and is a great place to walk, fish, watch wildlife play, and ride your bike.
